Cooper Reinbold joined Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, L.L.P. in 2017 after graduating from Texas Tech University and became a partner in the Firm in 2022.  Cooper has been the design engineer for a variety of municipal projects.  In addition to working as a design engineer, Cooper has reviewed development plans and plat submittals for various municipalities to verify compliance with local ordinances and the Texas Engineering Practices Act.  His experience includes the design and construction administration of:
